TERMS OF USE
Worthi Terms of Use
Effective August 24, 2026. Last updated August 24, 2026.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to and use of Worthi. By creating an account, submitting a recommendation request, or otherwise using Worthi after these Terms are presented with a clear acceptance or use notice, you agree to these Terms. Electronic acceptance may be used to form the agreement.
Worthi is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use account-based Worthi services. Worthi is not directed to children and does not knowingly offer child-directed services.
What Worthi provides
Worthi provides purchase-decision information and software tools that synthesize product, pricing, timing, reliability, fit, alternative, warranty, return, and commerce evidence. Worthi may present a Worthi Score and a BUY, WAIT, NEGOTIATE, or SKIP verdict based on the evidence and decision rules available at the time.
Worthi is decision-support software. It is not a seller, broker, financial adviser, lawyer, medical professional, safety-certification body, warranty provider, or substitute for professional advice where professional advice is required.
AI, evidence, prices, and timing
Worthi may use automated systems, software models, and AI-assisted research or synthesis. Those systems can make mistakes, encounter incomplete or conflicting evidence, or become outdated. Worthi is designed to distinguish verified facts, estimates, inferences, incomplete evidence, and unavailable information, but no automated output is guaranteed to be error-free.
Prices, inventory, coupons, taxes, shipping, return terms, promotions, recall information, product specifications, and warranty terms can change quickly. The retailer or manufacturer destination controls the final transaction, availability, taxes, delivery, warranty administration, and return acceptance. A prior recommendation is not a promise that future evidence will produce the same result.
Retailer links, affiliates, and recommendation independence
Worthi may provide links to manufacturers, retailers, or other commerce destinations and may receive compensation from eligible commerce relationships. Compensation is downstream from the decision and must not change Worthi Score, ranking, verdict, Evidence Confidence, Reliability Intelligence, seller trust, or category selection.
A retailer or affiliate relationship does not make Worthi the seller and does not guarantee that the linked item remains available or is the lowest price. Transactions occur with the third-party destination under that party's terms and privacy practices. Partner-specific licensed content or data may be used only within the rights granted by that partner and does not automatically become general Worthi recommendation authority.
Accounts, SYM, Watch/Pulse, and privacy
Account-based features may include SYM preferences, Watch/Pulse, KIN outcomes, saved state, notifications, and other user-owned features. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account credentials and for the accuracy of information you intentionally provide.
Behavioral SYM learning is optional and is governed by the controls described in the Privacy Policy and Privacy controls. Worthi's current Watch/Pulse launch scope is verified price and timing monitoring; Worthi does not promise broader monitoring unless a future feature is actually implemented and disclosed.
User submissions
If you submit product requests, support reports, feedback, or other material, you grant Worthi a limited license to process and use that material as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service consistent with the Privacy Policy. You retain your rights in material you own. Do not submit content you do not have the right to provide or unnecessary sensitive information.
Acceptable use
You may use Worthi for lawful personal or business purchase research consistent with the product's intended purpose. You may not bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, extract private user data, misuse retailer or evidence integrations, introduce malicious code, use automated access in a manner that materially burdens the service, or use Worthi to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Worthi's software, branding, original presentation, scoring framework, and original written material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, retailer names, manufacturer marks, source material, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as permitted for identification, evidence, linking, or other authorized purposes.
Suspension and termination
Worthi may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, legal compliance, or system integrity, including for material misuse, fraud, security threats, or repeated violations of these Terms. You may stop using Worthi at any time and may use the available account-deletion controls for account-owned launch data.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WORTHI IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WORTHI DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT THOSE WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. WORTHI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY RECOMMENDATION, PRICE, PRODUCT, RETAILER, LINK, OR THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, CURRENT, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY USER.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable consumer-protection or other law.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORTHI AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO USE OF WORTHI OR THIRD-PARTY COMMERCE DESTINATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORTHI'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO WORTHI FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT APPLY WHERE APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS THE LIMITATION.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Worthi harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of Worthi, your material violation of these Terms, or content you submit in violation of another person's rights. This provision does not require you to indemnify Worthi for Worthi's own unlawful conduct where such indemnification would be prohibited by law.
Florida law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or another non-waivable law applies. Any lawsuit arising from or relating to these Terms or Worthi that is not subject to another mandatory jurisdiction must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver at launch. Worthi may consider a different dispute-resolution structure only through a future, clearly disclosed amendment subject to applicable law and appropriate review.
Changes to these Terms
Worthi may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective or last-updated date and, where required or reasonably appropriate, additional notice. Changes do not retroactively alter rights or obligations where doing so would violate applicable law. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance when the update is presented in a legally sufficient manner.
Severability and entire agreement
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect, except where applicable law requires a different result. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any expressly incorporated service-specific terms, form the agreement governing the launch service.
